Signing in & managing multiple accounts

Add unlimited Zalo, Facebook, Telegram and Telegram Bot accounts, give each its own proxy, merge several inboxes and sign back in when a session expires.

Deplao lets you sign in to an unlimited number of Zalo (personal / Business), Facebook (Messenger), Telegram (personal account) and Telegram Bot accounts in a single interface. Each account has its own login session (Zalo and Facebook accounts can each have their own proxy) and works independently of the others.

Adding an account

  1. Open the "Add account" dialog: click Add account (Thêm tài khoản) on the Dashboard, or the + button (dashed border) below the avatar list in the left sidebar.
  2. Choose a channel: Personal Zalo (Zalo cá nhân; QR code or cookie) · Personal Facebook (Facebook cá nhân; account or cookie) · Telegram (phone number) · Telegram Bot (bot token).
  3. Choose a proxy (Zalo, Facebook): at the Choose proxy (optional) (Chọn Proxy (tuỳ chọn)) step, pick a saved proxy and click Test now (Test ngay), or choose No proxy (Không dùng proxy) to connect directly. Telegram has no proxy step.
  4. Sign in: follow the steps for your channel below. Once done, the account appears on the Dashboard and in the left sidebar, and new messages start arriving.
  5. Next time: the login session is stored on your computer, so the app reconnects automatically when you open it, no need to sign in again (unless the session expires). If the network drops, the app keeps trying to reconnect.

Switching accounts

  • Click an avatar in the left sidebar.
  • Or hold Ctrl and press Tab to pick one, then release Ctrl (Shift+Tab: go back, Esc: cancel).
  • On the Chat screen, the ☰ button at the top of the sidebar opens the full account list with a search box.

How to sign in to each channel

Zalo: personal accounts, including Zalo Business

  • Scan the QR code (recommended): open Zalo on your phone → scan the code → confirm the login on your phone. The code expires after 1 minute; click Refresh QR (Làm mới QR) for a new one.
  • Cookies / IMEI (advanced): paste the Auth JSON block (containing imei, cookies, userAgent) taken from a cookie-export tool in your browser.
  • Your Zalo password is neither needed nor stored.

Facebook: personal Messenger

  • Sign in with your account (recommended): enter your Facebook email / username and password, then complete verification if Facebook asks for it, a 6-digit code from an authenticator app, an SMS / WhatsApp / email code, a backup code, a captcha, a challenge in the verification window, or approval on another device (the app continues automatically once you approve). To use a different method: Try another verification method (Thử cách xác minh khác).
  • Verification through a Google account isn't supported yet: add an authenticator app or SMS as two-factor authentication for Facebook, or use the Cookie tab.
  • Cookie: paste the Facebook cookie string from your browser (click See how to get the Facebook cookie (Xem hướng dẫn lấy Cookie Facebook)). Cookies expire when you log out of Facebook in the browser, after long inactivity, or when Facebook detects something unusual.
  • Your password is used only to sign in and is never stored. When you sign in with your account, the app manages the session itself: you don't have to replace cookies.

Telegram: personal accounts

  1. Choose your country code (default +84), enter your phone number → Send OTP (Gửi mã OTP).
  2. Enter the 5-digit code sent to your Telegram app → Confirm (Xác nhận).
  3. If the account has two-step verification enabled: also enter your Telegram cloud password.

Telegram Bot: connect with a bot token

  1. In Telegram, open @BotFather → send the /newbot command → follow the instructions and copy the bot token.
  2. Paste the token → Check token (Kiểm tra Token) → Connect bot (Kết nối Bot).
Note

A bot only sees messages from the moment a customer taps "Start": there is no earlier history. To use a bot in a group, turn off Privacy Mode in BotFather so the bot can see every message.

A separate proxy for each account

Each Zalo / Facebook account can have its own proxy, keeping the accounts on separate IPs. Use this when you need a different IP per account, want to go through your company's proxy, or need to sign in from another region.

  • Create a proxy: Settings → Proxy (Cài đặt → Proxy) → Add proxy (Thêm proxy) → enter the proxy name, protocol (HTTP · HTTPS · SOCKS4 · SOCKS5), host / IP, port, and username / password if any → Save proxy (Lưu proxy). Click Test connection (Test kết nối) to check it.
  • Assign it when signing in: at the Choose proxy (optional) step, pick the proxy → Test now → Continue with proxy (Tiếp tục với proxy). If the proxy fails, sign-in fails too: fix the proxy or continue without one.
  • Change the proxy: sign in to that account again and pick a different proxy at the Choose proxy step.
  • Keep track: Settings → Proxy shows how many accounts use each proxy, plus an Accounts using a proxy (Tài khoản đang dùng proxy) section. Deleting a proxy removes it from every account that uses it.
  • Telegram doesn't have a proxy step yet.

Merged accounts mode (merged inbox)

See and reply to messages from several Zalo, Facebook and Telegram accounts in one conversation list: no switching back and forth.

  1. On the Dashboard, click Merge accounts (Gộp tài khoản; the button appears once you have at least 2 accounts).
  2. Pick the accounts to merge (all are selected by default, minimum 2) → Enter merged mode (Vào chế độ gộp).
  3. The app opens the Chat screen with one shared conversation list, newest first.

While in merged mode:

  • Filter by account: the left sidebar shows an "all accounts" icon and the avatar of each merged account (with its unread-conversation count), click an avatar to see only that account's conversations, click it again to clear the filter.
  • Reply from the right account: each conversation shows a small avatar of the account it belongs to and the channel icon; clicking the conversation switches the app to that account automatically.
  • Shared filters: All · Unread · Labels and the ⋮ menu (Other (archive), Unreplied, By date range, Marked messages, filter by Channel) apply to every merged account; labels with the same name across accounts are combined into one.
  • Search: search by name / nickname across all merged conversations; when you type a phone number, the app asks which account to look it up with.
  • Exit: click Merging accounts (Đang Gộp tài khoản) on the Dashboard, or the × next to the "all accounts" icon in the left sidebar.

Lost connection or expired session: signing back in

  • Signs: the account card on the Dashboard gets a red border with a warning icon; the avatar in the left sidebar turns grey (not connected) or shows a red !. An expired Facebook session also shows a "login session has expired" notice.
  • Try this first: click Reconnect on the card to reconnect with the stored session.
  • Zalo: if it still fails, click Scan new QR (Quét QR mới; opens the Add account dialog) → choose Zalo and scan with that same Zalo account.
  • Facebook, Telegram: click Sign in again (Đăng nhập lại) → this jumps straight to that channel's sign-in step; for Facebook, the proxy currently in use is preselected. Facebook no longer has an "Update cookie" button: when the session expires, sign in again (with your account or a fresh cookie).
Tip

If you sign back in with the same account as before, your conversations, messages and CRM data are kept: there's no need to delete the account and add it again.

Important notes

  • Zalo: use a personal account (including Zalo Business) in good standing; an account that Zalo has locked or restricted may be unable to sign in or send messages.
  • Deplao signs in to Zalo the way Zalo Web does: Zalo on your phone and Zalo PC keep working side by side as usual, but once the account is signed in to Deplao you can't also sign in to Zalo Web (chat.zalo.me) with the same account.
  • The app never stores your Zalo, Facebook or Telegram passwords: it only keeps the login session on this computer.
  • In bulk sending (campaigns, workflows), the more actions, the longer the content and the shorter the delay, the more likely you are to be flagged as spam: space your messages out and follow each platform's rules.
  • Facebook: syncing message history and scanning data send many requests, so there's still a risk of a checkpoint (Facebook asks you to verify or temporarily locks the account), only fetch the date range you need, and use a secondary account for data scanning.
  • Merged mode: an account that isn't connected stays in the merged list (grey avatar) but receives no new messages until it reconnects.
  • Moving to a new computer: if the old machine had Data sync turned on (Settings → Internet & Cloud (Cài đặt → Internet & Đám mây)), click Restore data from the cloud (Khôi phục dữ liệu từ đám mây) in the Add account dialog on the new machine to bring your data back from the copy on Cloudflare R2 or Google Drive, then sign in again to the channels it asks for. See Internet & Cloud.
