Payment integration (Casso, SePay)

Connect Casso or SePay (VietQR) so Deplao is notified as soon as your bank account receives a new transaction. Each notification triggers the workflows that have a When a payment is received (Khi nhận thanh toán) step: alerting staff, logging to Google Sheets… instead of combing through bank statements.

#An Internet address for receiving notifications

Deplao runs on your computer while Casso / SePay live on the Internet, so you need an Internet address that points to your machine. All address settings are in one place: Settings → Internet & Cloud → Internet address, under How to create the address (Cách tạo địa chỉ):

• Cloudflare automatic (Cloudflare tự động; recommended, requires connecting a Cloudflare account with a domain): a fixed address that doesn't change when you restart, paste it into Casso / SePay just once. Turn on Start when the app opens (Tự bật khi mở app) so payments are received as soon as Deplao opens.
• Temporary address (Địa chỉ tạm): no account needed (looks like https://….trycloudflare.com), but it changes every time you restart, you have to paste it into Casso / SePay again. Only good for trying things out.
• ngrok / Cloudflare manual (Cloudflare thủ công): only apply to Employees & API; the payment-receiving address still uses a temporary address.
• In each service's address table, turn on the Payments & integrations line. Except with Cloudflare automatic, this line doesn't turn on by itself when the app opens: turn it on again after reopening Deplao.

#How to connect

1. Connect Casso or SePay: Tools → Integrations (Công cụ → Tích hợp) → the Payments (Thanh toán) tab → choose Casso or SePay. Paste the API key, click Connect (Kết nối), then Test connection (Test kết nối).
2. Turn on the receiving address: on the Casso / SePay page itself, in the Webhook receiving address (Địa chỉ nhận webhook) section: if the card says Off (Chưa bật), click Turn on in Settings → (Bật ở Cài đặt →) and turn on the Payments & integrations line.
3. Copy the right address: go back to the Casso / SePay page and click the copy button on the Casso webhook receiving address (Địa chỉ nhận webhook của Casso; or SePay) card. This address already includes the connection's own /webhook/… path; don't use the "Local URL" line (it only works on your own machine).
4. Paste it into Casso / SePay: in the Casso / SePay dashboard, open the webhook settings, paste the address you copied as the receiving URL, and save.
5. Test it: create and enable a workflow with a When a payment is received step (see the example below), make a small test transfer, then check the workflow's Run history (Lịch sử chạy). The top-right corner of the Integrations page should say Receiving webhooks (Đang nhận webhook).

#In workflows & conversations

• When a payment is received (Trigger group): runs for every transaction; you can filter by Minimum amount (VND) (Số tiền tối thiểu (VNĐ)) and Transfer description contains keyword (Nội dung CK chứa từ khóa). Data available to later steps (via the Insert variable (Chèn biến) button): Amount, Transfer description, Bank, Account number, Transaction ID, Transaction time.
• Get transaction history (Lấy lịch sử giao dịch; Payments group): fetches the latest transactions from Casso or SePay for use in later steps.
• In a conversation: Quick integrations (Tích hợp nhanh; the chain-link button on the title bar) → Casso / SePay → Transaction history (Lịch sử giao dịch) to check the latest transactions when a customer says they've paid.

#Example: money comes in → log it + alert the internal group

1. When a payment is received: e.g. Transfer description contains keyword "DH" to only catch transfers for orders.
2. Append row (Ghi thêm dòng mới; Google Sheets): time, amount, transfer description.
3. Send via Telegram (Gửi tin qua Telegram) or Send message (Gửi tin nhắn) into an internal Zalo group (chosen in the Send to conversation (Gửi đến hội thoại) field): report the amount and description just received.

#Notes

• Deplao must be open and the Payments & integrations address must be running for notifications to arrive.
• A transfer notification doesn't tell you which Zalo / Facebook customer sent it. The Send message step after "When a payment is received" must have its target conversation chosen in advance (e.g. an internal group).
• With a temporary address: every time you reopen Deplao, turn the address back on and paste the new address into Casso / SePay. For a fixed address, use Cloudflare automatic.
• Each connection has its own path; if you delete the connection and create it again, the path changes: remember to paste it into Casso / SePay again.
• Employee machines don't configure Internet addresses: the payment-receiving address is managed by the host machine.
• Workflow not running? Check that the Integrations page says "Receiving webhooks", that the address in Casso / SePay matches the one currently shown, and that the workflow is enabled.
