Shipping integration (GHN, GHTK)

Connect GHN Express or GHTK to track shipments and estimate shipping fees right in the conversation, and create shipments from workflows.

Connect a GHN Express or Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK) account to check shipment status and estimate shipping fees right in the conversation when a customer asks; use workflows to answer order-status questions automatically or create delivery orders.

Tip

Shipments are created from workflows (the GHN: Create shipment (GHN: Tạo đơn vận chuyển) / GHTK: Create shipment (GHTK: Tạo đơn vận chuyển) steps); the Quick integrations panel in conversations is for lookups and fee estimates.

Supported carriers & what to enter

Carrier What to enter Notes
GHN Express GHN token · Shop ID · Environment Get the token and Shop ID from your GHN account. In the connection form, under Settings → Environment (Cài đặt → Môi trường): Production (default) for real orders, Sandbox (test) when using a token from GHN's test environment. A successful connection test reports how many shops the account has.
GHTK (Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm) GHTK token The API token from your GHTK account. A successful connection test shows your GHTK account balance.

How to connect

  1. Get the token: sign in to your GHN / GHTK account and get the API token (for GHN, also the Shop ID).
  2. Open Tools → Integrations (Công cụ → Tích hợp): choose the Shipping (Vận chuyển) tab → click GHN Express or GHTK.
  3. Enter your details and click Connect: paste the token (GHN: also the Shop ID and the Environment), then click Connect (Kết nối) to save.
  4. Click Test connection (Test kết nối): on success the card changes to Connected (Đã kết nối) and the carrier shows up in the conversation's Quick integrations panel.

In the conversation: Quick integrations

Track shipment GHN: enter the GHN tracking code; GHTK: enter the GHTK tracking code → the order's current status
Calculate shipping fee Estimates the fee. GHN: destination district ID, weight (grams), service type; GHTK: destination province/city and district, weight
Province / district / ward lists (GHN) Look up GHN-standard address IDs to use when estimating fees or creating GHN orders
Available services (GHN) The GHN service packages available between the sending and receiving districts

Open it with the Quick integrations (Tích hợp nhanh) button (chain-link icon) on the conversation's title bar → choose GHN / GHTK → choose an action. Actions you use often (e.g. Track shipment) can be pinned to the composer toolbar.

In workflows

The Shipping (Vận chuyển) group in the node palette has: GHN: Create shipment, GHN: Track shipment (Tra cứu vận đơn), GHN: Province/city, district, ward lists (Danh sách tỉnh/thành, quận/huyện, phường/xã), GHN: Available services (Dịch vụ khả dụng), GHTK: Create shipment, GHTK: Track shipment.

  • GHN: Create shipment, fill in the recipient name, recipient phone, delivery address, District ID (GHN), Ward code (GHN) and weight (grams); the Advanced section has the service type and the COD amount. This step returns the tracking code to send to the customer.
  • GHTK: Create shipment, enter the order data as JSON, following the template suggested in the field (sender, recipient, weight, COD amount, list of items).

Example: a customer sends a tracking code → reply with the status

  1. When a message is received: set the Trigger keywords and Keyword matching (Starts with keyword, or a Regex matching your shop's code format) so it only runs when a customer sends a tracking code.
  2. GHN: Track shipment (or GHTK: Track shipment), in the tracking-code field, click Insert variable → Message content.
  3. Send message: sends the order status back to the customer.

Notes

  • Fees in Quick integrations are estimates; the actual fee depends on weight, size and service at delivery.
  • GHN province / district IDs and ward codes are GHN's own codes: look them up in the GHN lists; don't use other administrative codes.
  • A test-environment token only works with the Sandbox (test) environment; choose Production for real deliveries.
  • On authentication errors: get a new token, paste it again, click Update (Cập nhật), then Test connection.
  • If you turn off Active (Kích hoạt), GHN / GHTK steps in workflows report a not-connected error.
